Julia was lovely, informative, perceptive and explained the significance of each movement.
I felt a discernible benefit from this first session.

I look forward to my Sunday morning mat class so much. Julia is an excellent Pilates teacher as s well as a very special person . It was important to me to have a Romana trained teacher… but she also focuses on our whole being. It is a choreographed hour of classical Pilates sprinkled with joy that has made a difference in my body.

Another wonderful session with Julia, she is so knowledgeable making every session individual to my body’s needs at that session. She has worked with me through injuries while continuing to strengthen my body. I highly recommend Julia’s individual and mat classes.
